Job Description

Qualified GP Surveyor

Responsibilities:

Handle property valuations, consultancy services and feasibility studies
Advise on land matters
Conduct market research and analysis of the property market

Requirements:

Qualified GP Surveyor

Member of HKIS / RICS in General Practice Division
Degree holder in Surveying / Real Estate
Degree holder (preferably in Language, Humanities, Arts, Surveying, Real Estate and Business)
Degree in other fields will also be considered

Proficiency in written and oral English and Chinese
Good command in computer operation
Ability to work independently and under pressure
High self-motivation
Good communication and interpersonal skills
