Management Trainee

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily enquiries, database, quotations, customer services, administrative works and etc.;
• Provide supports to Managers in all marketing and administrative issues;
• Explore market opportunities and develop good relationship with existing and potential clients;
• Conduct market research and analysis of the property market;
• Handle property valuations.

Requirements:

• Degree holder (preferably in Surveying, Real Estate, Marketing, Business, Language, History, Humanities and Arts); degree holder in other fields will also be considered;
• Fresh graduates are welcomed; applicants with lower academic qualification will also be considered;
• Relevant experience is advantage; experience with no professional qualification will also be considered;
• Proficiency in written and oral English and Chinese;
• Good command in computer operation;
• Ability to work independently and under pressure;
• High self-motivation;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Chinese input method preferably be Cangjie (倉頡) or Sucheng (速成).
