Responsibilities:

• Sales oriented, leadership, coaching and motivation of the team to achieve the sales targets
• Identify business opportunities by actively promoting the products to property developers, consultants, contractors and operators
• Build strong sales pipelines and forecast
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by establishing business networks and participating in professional associations.
• Manage and implement the sales and marketing strategies
• Measuring Sales Effectiveness and Monitoring Performance

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical or Building Service Engineering or Business Administration
• Minimum 8 years of proactive sales experience, preferable in HVAC industry.
• Results-driven with an ability to plan, build, motivate and manage a team
• Self-motivated with good interpersonal, communication and presentation skill
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Good knowledge in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other common applications
