Our client is a leading property developer. To cope with their business expansion, they are looking for a Security Manager to join their security management team. 

The Job:

• Assist in review and manage the security system and procedures for the properties under the group.
• Make sure the security team and the security system are up to standard
• Provide advice on the Safety, Health and Security issue of shopping malls, commercial building and residential buildings under the group
• Prepare reports, document and proposal regarding to security issue  
• Coordinating and execute the security training and improvement projects.
  
• Ensure consistent security levels and standards against Group Directives, Policy & Procedures, local standards, Develop, Implement and measure improvements based on relevant and related performance metrics and targets
  · Maintain knowledge of industry trends, current security issues, security technology – update management on potential threats and risks that could negatively affect/impact the company’s business and/or assets and reputation.
• Develop and deliver appropriate security related training to the staff
• Conduct security reviews / assessments and audits to ensure continuous compliance and test the effectiveness of controls.

Requirements:

• Degree or above in any disciplines
• 6 - 8 years or above security system and procedure management experience
• Training experience is a plus
• Good interpersonal skills
• ASIS Board certified CPP/ PSP holder
• Good command in English and Chinese 
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
