Job Description
Requirements
- Degree in Building Studies / Architecture or equivalent
- 5 - 10 years working experience in renovation and A&A projects
- Good communication and sound relationship with cooperation parties including clients and subcontractors
- Strong technical background and site experience
- Strong in leadership/management and can work under pressure
- Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Good knowledge of PC skills in AutoCAD, MS Office & Project, etc
- Candidates with strong working experience will be considered
- Hong Kong Permanent Resident is a must
- Working experience in MTRCL is perferable
- Immediate available preferred
Responsibilities
- Overall in charge of a project awarded and reporting to Project Directors
- To plan, monitor and control project progress
- To ensure all construction activities comply with contractual and statutory requirements
- To monitor overall financial, commercial, contractual and technical matters for all current projects
- To control and supervise overall site activities and liaise with client's representatives and subcontractors
- To gather and analyse data relating to work progress, adequacy and effectiveness
