Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for building services work in building project operation, planning, supervision and site coordination.
• Perform site coordination work with client, consultants, sub-contractors/ suppliers and government department.
  
  

Education and Qualification

• Degree in Building Services Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in BS/ E&M for government projects
• Housing Authority projects experience will be in advantage
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Building Services Engineer
