Major Responsibilities:

• Responsible for BEC’s green building initiatives and programme;
• Advise BEC members and clients in applying sustainable building concepts, policies and latest technologies for their development;
• Preparation of technical proposals and reports, as well as coordination with clients for project schedules

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Building Services, Environmental Engineering or related disciplines;
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in green building advisory / energy and carbon audit / computer simulation / life cycle assessment;
• Self-motivated and a good team player;
• Good report writing and presentation skills in English
