Responsibilities:

• Implement the ISO17025 system in laboratory
• Carry out material, façade, windows testing tasks (lab test & field test) according to standard operating procedure
• Operate and maintain testing instruments and systems
• Prepare testing samples
• Conduct equipment maintenance and calibration
• May involve working at heights

Requirements:

• Certification or above in Construction / Structural / Building Service or Engineering related disciplines
• Experience in construction / building service industry is an advantage
• Experience in testing laboratory and the operation of instruments is an asset
• Proficiency in AutoCAD & MS Office
• Knowledge of quality standards (e.g. HOKLAS / ISO 17025) is an asset
• Self-motivated with good organization, planning and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Fresh candidates with less experience will also be considered as Laboratory Technician
