The responsibilities for this role will include:

-      Conduct of the Company's Daily contracts, monitor all licensing and registration matters

-      Work with business units to identify the compliance requirements, develop control measures and any regular compliance report as required.

-      Assist in drafting, revising, reviewing the land-related contracts

-      Advise on specific matters and work closely with other departments to provide commercially tailored support

Requirements:

-      Degree holder in laws or related disciplines

-      5 years or more experience in real estate business, asset management, corporate acquisitions and financing.

-      Good knowledge of Hong Kong regulatory regime, familiar with relevant codes and rules, experienced in dealing with regulators

-      Familiar with Type 1,4,9 regulated activities, good knowledgeable in SFC authorized funds and private placement investment funds

-      Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
