The responsibilities for this role will include:

•        Responsible for and participate in real estate investment projects
•        Assist and support the post-acquisition asset management activities in China, Hong Kong and overseas
•        Manage and monitor the investment projects remain sustainable and profitable with strong business decision making
•        Monitor and ensure the Company's investment guidelines and policies to mitigate financial and reputations risks
•        Assist in managing ad-hoc assignments/ projects as required

Requirements:

•        Degree holder in Business and Management or equivalent
•        Minmum 5 years of relevant experience with 3 years solid experience in asset management companies / property leasing is a must
•        Good knowledge of the asset management regulations, acquisition/disposal, asset management and leasing of properties in China, Hong Kong and overseas
•        Experience in property leasing and property management will be preferred
•        Strong communication skills and highly proficient in both English and Chinese, good mastery of Putonghua is essential
•        Immediate available is highly preferable
•        HK permanent ID is a MUST or ING Student Visa is preferred
