Responsibilities:

• Co-work with Project Manager in project planning, scheduling & co-ordination for smooth implementation with the Project Management Teams
• Supervise and monitor site progress, material and equipment
• Control site quality, ensure ongoing project meets with technical and safety standards
• Attend site meeting, liaise with clients, architect, consultants, sub-contractors and relevant parties
• To supervise Combined Services Drawings and Builder’s Work Drawings
• To liaise with Utilities Companies and Government Departments

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years relevant experience in E & M project operation
• Degree holder in in Building Services Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering.
• Strong planning and organization skills
• Aggressive, self-motivated and strong leadership
• Excellent interpersonal skill
• Good in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Advanced knowledge in in MS Word / Excel and AutoCAD skill
