Responsibilities: 

• Formulate preliminary design concepts that are functional, fiscally appropriate and
  aesthetically pleasing;
• Strong Design sensibility, Collaborate with cross-discipline team to deliver a mix
  of Mixed-use, Commercial, Workplace , Hospitality and Retail Projects;
• Develop strategic planning, conceptual designs, design development, and
  production documentation mainly for Mixed-use projects and experience on
  Workplace, Hospitality, Retail projects is added bonus;
• Ability to think independently, knowledge on all stages of Interior Design projects
  from concept through to completion;
• Lead, monitor and mentor junior team members within the design team;
• Coordinate with technical team, consultants and other stake holders and support
  Associate/Project Lead;
• Proven Experience in Design Documentation – Technical Drawings and Interior
  package documentation for ID projects;
• Understand the process of selection, specification and documentation of furniture,
  furnishings, equipment and millwork, including layout drawings and detailed
  product description;
• Ability to work within a well- integrated team of creative people;
• Self-motivated, proactive and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements: 

• Minimum 10 years of experience in hospitality & commercial interior design;  
  
• Bachelor Degree in architecture, interior design or related field;
• Proven track record and portfolio to showcase design skills;
• Strong conceptual design abilities and knowledge of project process, and ability to
  mentor team members;
• Well-developed time management and organizational skills required to undertake
  multiple projects or facets of various projects;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese;
• Software/Technology: AutoCAD, 3D Software knowledge preferred (Sketchup or
  3DsMax), Microsoft Office and Excel, Presentation Software (Image Ready,
  Power Point, Indesign and Photoshop);
• Hand Sketching skills;
• Strong presentational skills.
