Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Being a one-stop solution ambassador to introduce company products to walk in customers at our showroom.
- Provide proactive customer service in the whole selling cycle of product selection, features introduction, pricing differentiation, close deal, logistics arrangement and generic after sales service.
- Proactively handle and follow up customer enquiries in the format of walk-in, telephone, and email.
- Learn to build customized furniture and homes decorations for clients.
Requirements:
- F.5 or above
- 2-4 years' sales experience in luxury or lifestyle retail industry is a big advantage.
- Presentable, energetic, self-engaging, self-motivating attitude and an effective team member even if located remotely from the head office.
- Sales driven and customer service-oriented
- Good command of written and spoken Cantonese and Mandarin, English is definitely an advantage.
