Job Profile

As a BIM Manager for Arcadis, you will be working under the Civil & Structural team based in Hong Kong, to lead the BIM modelling and co-ordination across the civil, structural, architectural and MEP disciplines for one of our prestige client’s project.

The work base is initially assigned to the Project Office in Hong Kong with a possible transfer to the lead office post-project.

Key Responsibilities / Duties

• Responsible to manage the BIM process, writing / executing BIM executive plans, assisting in meeting clients’ BIM project requirements. 
• Supervision of other BIM practitioners assigned 
• Support an assistance to the senior management team in BIM deliverable works. 
• Assistance in coaching other team members in BIM knowledge and the required BIM skills 
• Compliance with BIM standards where imposed
• Ensure the writing of BIM executive plans is in compliance with client’s BIM requirement

Person Specification / Qualification

• Holder of Diploma or above in Civil Engineering or CAD related disciplines
• MHKIBIM is an advantage but not essential
• Minimum of 4 years of solid working experiences in co-ordinating and managing BIM models, clash avoidance; writing BIM executive plans
• Experienced in supervising of other BIM modellers 
• Working knowledge of Revit Structure, Revit MEP, Revit Architecture, Navisworks and AutoCAD
• Good understanding in using Microstation, the Bentley suit for BIM is an advance but not essential
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin)
• Proficient in using MS Office Suite applications
