Job Description
- Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Building Studies or equivalent

Min 10 years solid experience in tendering / estimating or quantity surveying with building works
- Conceptual thinking, attentive and close to the market price of site materials
- To prepare entire cost estimation , subletting & tendering works
- Able to work independently and meet tight target
- Less experience will be considered as Senior Estimator
