Responsibilities:- 

• Assist in planning and formulating the sales strategies for property projects
• Conduct market research and analysis
• Coordinate on show flat and sales hall setup for property projects
• Plan and execute logistic for sales launch
• Assist in estate agents management and sales launch
• Arrange sales office logistics and operation
• Ensure the office filing and arrange other office administrative works
• Ad hoc tasks on sales and marketing if needed

Requirements:- 

• University / Diploma or above in Management / Business Administration or related disciplines;
• At least 2 years’ relevant administrative experience
• Administrative work for property sales launch experience is an advantage
• A systematic and detail-minded person with positive working attitude
• Good communication with problem solving skills
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua;
• Excellent in MS Office especially Excel & PowerPoint
• Willing to work on roster basis, weekends and public holidays during sales launch

(The above is a 1-year contract position. Candidate with outstanding performance may be considered as permanent position upon contract completion.)
