• A higher certificate or higher diploma holder of any recognized body in Construction or Building Studies, or equivalent with total relevant post-qualification works experience of more than 7 years;

• Grade E or above in Chinese and English (Syllabus B) in HKCEE.

Tentative employment for the above post to be commenced in November 2017 for approx. period of 36 months.
