Requirements:

• Degree in Building / Structural Engineering or related disciplines, higher diploma with more experience will also be considered
• Certificate in Internal Audit for Integrated Management System or related professional qualifications preferred
• Minimum 3 years’ of relevant experience in quality control works
• Proactive, pleasant, able to work independently under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese

Responsibilities:

• Implement the quality management plans to the assigned construction sites in accordance with company policies, procedures and codes of practice for quality control & planning
• Handle quality programs and practices on construction sites in view of improvement in quality, costs and overall efficiency
• Coordinate with the site teams, consultants, subcontractors and client representatives in conducting regular reviews; report on any non-conformance identified in quality control and planning and follow up on the implementation of corrective measures
• Arrange regular internal and external site inspections, and investigation of complaints for the purpose of developing appropriate quality standards, corrective action plans and preventive measures
• Arrange ISO system and quality control training programs to headquarters and site staff
• Collect feedback from site staff and analyze quality standard performance data for evaluation of the Integrated Management System implementation
• Draft reports on quality standards and planning
• Travel to mainland China to conduct material checking, testing and inspection in trade factories
• Perform any ad hoc responsibilities as assigned
