Duties:

• Payment applications to clients
• Payment collection follow up
• Preparation of Subcontract / Works Order / Purchase Order
• Checking and certifying the subcontract payments
• Measurement and settlement of accounts with clients /subcontractors
• Assist in tendering

 Requirements:

• Higher Certificate or above in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering / Building Studies
• 1-2 years relevant experience
• Computer literacy in MS-Excel & MS-Word
• With practical site experience preferred
• Base in site office or KLN Bay office
