Responsibilities:

l Monitor all phases of a design project which includes contracts, budgeting, scheduling, planning, design, documentation, specifications and construction

l To provide all necessary submission to landlord, government and relevant parties.

l To handle any ah-hoc projects and other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements:

l Higher Diploma or above in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering or other relevant engineering discipline is preferred

l 5 years’ relevant working experience in Engineering, Construction or Building Services field

l Proficiency in MS Office

l Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua

l Good presentation and interpersonal skills

l Macau ID holder is a MUST

l Immediate availability is highly preferred
