We have a residential project that invites application for above post :- 

The minimum qualifications required for these post shall be as follows:
 

• A Higher Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Hong Kong Technical College / Hong Kong Technical Institute / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, or equivalent.

• Grade 2 (Note 1) or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Exam (HKCEE), or equivalent.

• 6 years' relevant post-qualification experience of site supervision of building services installations preferably in residential / commercial projects.

Note 1:   Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as comparable to ‘Level 2’ in Chinese Language and English Language respectively in the 2007 HKCEE and thereafter
 
Employment will be on a contract basis for a period of 30 months. The remuneration package will be commensurate with the candidate's qualification and experience.
