The successful candidate should be highly motivated, confident, and a capable designer with excellent command of good AutoCAD skills and conversational mandarin ability. The candidate with experience in retail/ industrial/ mixed use project and /or hotel hospitality project preferred. • Minimum 2 years working experience
• Fluent in English and mandarin preferable
• Responsible for design liaison
• Rigorous approach to detail
• Good all round experience from concept to construction
• Proficiency using Microsoft Project to manage a complete project lifecycle
• Good commend of AutoCAD, Photoshop and Powerpoint preferred
