The DGM will be in charge of the project department to provide high quality design and project management functions for the company's various property development projects in PRC.

REQUIREMENTS

Must be qualified Architect with over 10 years' design and project management experience, preferrably obtained from sizable architectural firms and property developers

Possess wide exposure in property development experience of different types of residential, commercial or composite properties

Well-versed in co-ordinating with the various professional consultants, local Design Institutes and the relevant local government parties

Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin)

Willing to station in PRC
