Main Responsibilities:

• Payment applications to clients,
• Payment collection follow up,
• Preparation of Subcontract/Works Order/Purchase Order,
• Checking and certification of the subcontract payments,
• Measurement and settlement of accounts with clients/subcontractors,
• Assistance in tendering.

Requirements:

• Certificate / Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering,
• Over 3 years relevant experience gained from contractors firm, 
• Computer literacy in EXCEL, WORD,
• Based in office, with practical site experience and tendering preferred.
