If you have a great can do attitude, excellent time management and managerial experience, then you could earn a place on our design team as we look to expand across Asia.

As the Project Manager, you will be expected to do the following:

• Planning and defining scope
• Activity planning and sequencing
• Resource planning 
• Developing schedules
• Managing budget, and estimating costs and time
• Making sure the quality standards are met
• Liaising and monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained
• Carrying out risk assessment
• Leading the team, and delegate tasks accordingly

• Highly organised
• Strong and well developed interpersonal skills
• Analytical skills
• Commercial awareness
• Lead and motivate a team
• Previous management experience
• Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple projects at the same time
• Plenty of initiative
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
• Degree holder with at least 2 - 3 years experience in design, interior, architecture or relevant discipline
