Responsibilities

• Quantity surveying role including contract administration, valuation of variations and settling final account
• To assess sub-contractors’ interim payment and variation of works
• Coordinate with clients / developers’ QS
• Prepare cost or valuation analysis

Requirements

• High Diploma / Associate Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in quantity survey (stone work experience is preferable)
• Good command of both written English and Chinese
• Hands-on PC skills including Word & Excel
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Immediately available will be an advantage
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Quantity Surveyor
