Reporting to the General Counsel, the Legal Counsel’s main responsibility is to provide legal advisory services to ensure that the company’s Asia operations are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. This will include advising on trade and customs matters. 

The successful candidate will be a qualified lawyer with at least 2 years of post qualification experience gained with a leading international law firm or with a transportation/logistics services company.  Candidates with experience in Customs, International Trade, Maritime, Aviation or Forwarding will have advantage.  The position requires excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (reading only).
