Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support Project Manager to manage building services aspects from inception to project completion stages and handover to end-user;
• Support contract manager to manage cost valuation and estimation;
• Manage consultants and coordinate stakeholders to ensure completion of project on time, within budget and high quality as well as safety;
• Supervise contractors works according to the contract requirements;
• Coordinate hand-over of completed building services installations to property management and end-users;
• Prepare feasibility study for asset enhancement projects

Candidate Profile:

• Degree or above in Building Services Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years’ of relevant working experience including at least 2 years’ of construction site experience
• New luxury and mixed residential development experience will be an advantage
• Qualified to professional body
• Excellent written, verbal communications and presentation skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Strong leadership with good business acumen
