Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of assigned projects ensuring consistency with business strategy and goals.
• Design document review, Quantity Surveying, Bid/quotation preparation
• Communicate with Client, Contractors, Suppliers, Site Supervisors, and Designers etc
• Monitor site activities to ensure Quality and Compliance with Design Specifications 
• Oversee projects from initiation and ensure the project meets its goals through monitor for continuous improvements and complete on time within budget.
• Create and review project proposals, and plans for own projects or for those managed by others.
• Manage scope/scope change requests, conduct cost and benefit analysis, and develop schedules and budgets.
• Direct the project team members to create sufficient test cases and ensure UAT is conducted effectively 

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Building Services Engineering with combination of 5 years’ experience in Project Management related to Design, Architecture or etc.
• Experienced and comfortable working directly with sub-contractors in fit-out project.
• Experience in managing organization change and communication issues with strong senior stakeholder management experience and people management skill
• Solid experience in vendor management and able to manage projects with tight deadlines
• Proficiency with MS Office, Visio and project management software
• Pay attention to details and able to drive service excellence
• Excellent communications ability in English & Cantonese
