Responsibilities:

• Carry out Quantity Surveying duties for the project in hand including preparation of Sub-Contract tendering & documentation, Main Contract & sub-contract interim payment application/valuations, final account, insurance claims and contractual claims including EOT claims.
• Responsible for Q.S. duties from pre-contract and post contract stage including payment application, certify payment, valuation of variation, cost control & reporting, final account settlement, cost estimation, subletting and tendering etc.
• Evaluate and analyze tenders and prepare subcontract tender reports
• Prepare and monitor monthly cost reports and budgets as well as final project accounts
• Assist in ensuring that contractual notices are issued in accordance with conditions of contract

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years relevant experience n Quantity Surveying
• Degree holder in Quantity Surveying or equivalent; preferably with fitting out contractor experience.
• Good in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good Computer Skills in MS Word and MS Excel
