Job Description:
- To work collaboratively with other project team members and liaise with stakeholders on requirement.
- Extensive liaison with clients, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers, to ensure project commitments and compliance with project budgets and time approved.
- Responsible for planning and management of site works.
- Supervise overall site progress
- To monitor works progressing of contractors, to track and update project status.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with contractual and statutory requirements.
Qualification requirements:
- Higher Diploma / Degree in Building Surveying, Building Services, E&M Engineering or equivalent.
- 8 years solid experience in renovation, fitting out works, A&A works and E&M provision for retails projects.
- Proficiency in PC applications, including MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command in both written and spoken English & Chinese
