Job Description
Job Duties
- Conduct regular site inspection to monitor the progress of maintenance works and make necessary recommendations for improvement
- Handle enquiries and complaints about maintenance works
- Supervise the work performance of contractors
- Assist in undertaking emergency maintenance works and routine repairs
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Building Services / Electrical & Mechanical Engineering
- At least 3 years' relevant working experience
- Holder of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade A)
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
- Experience in property management is a define advantage
- Applicant with less qualification or experience will be considered as Assistant Maintenance Officer
