Job Responsibilities: 

• Assist Director / Project Manager in concept, schematic, detail design package with the support from the team;
• Manage in site planning, project management, design and presentation;
• Organize and prepare drawings and plans for submission and tender;
• Project management with regard to statutory submission, government liaison, client liaison, meetings, consultant and contractor co-ordination, field observation and general co-ordination of work;
• Assist Director / Project Manager in project coordination especially in the meeting with project team;
• Outdoor works / site inspection is required;
• Any other duties as requested.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master in Landscape Architecture or related disciplines;
• Strong in design sense, project management and good knowledge on planting materials;
• Experience in large scale projects will be a plus;
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese; Responsible, diligent and self-motivated;
• Good team player and work independently with hard-working attitude;
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp;
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in landscape architecture industry.
