Job Description
Procurement Officer
Key responsibilities:
-
Conduct market research, sourcing and selection of potential suppliers
-
Contracts compilation, analysis, report preparation and supplier performance evaluation.

Develop strong supplier relationships.

Monitors and tracks implementation of bulk purchase contracts.
Experience and skills required:
-
Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying /Building Studies, or Supply Chain/Procurement /Business related studies are all an advantage
-
Min 5 years or above working experience in Procurement in the building industry related industries. Experience working in Façade work is an advantage.

Knowledge in construction projects, building materials and equipment.
-
Proficiency in Excel is a must to handle huge database and data analysis.

Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Strong communication and analytical skills
