My client is a foreign architectural design firm with a strong presence in PRC. Over the past two decades they have developed strong relationships with a number of top-tier developers in the mainland. To cope with their strategic business development, they are looking for a number of senior candidates who can lead the growth of the team.

Responsibilities:

• To lead the design development for clients' residential projects in China
• Internal training and development of the team
• External coordination with clients & other consultants, making sure project objectives can be achieved within expectations
• To attend site visits, client meetings & presentations etc. 
• To facilitate any business-development related issues and duties 

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Architecture/ Architectural Studies / related disciplines
• Chartered membership (RIBA / AIA etc) / PRC Class 1 is a plus 
• Past working experience stationing in PRC + sizable high-end residential project experience are preferred
• Stationing in Shanghai is required
• Fluency in Mandarin and English
