Job Duties:

• Oversee the building projects and regular repair & maintenance of the property portfolio in HK and Macau;
• Plan, implement and monitor the project progress to ensure it is completed on time, within budget and at the required quality level;
• Plan and review the annual maintenance work and budget for various properties;
• Make feasible recommendations and monitor the 5-year major improvement & energy saving plan;
• Manage and review contract-out services & works, and make relevant analysis & recommendation on contract documents & quotations in accordance with the Company policy & procedure and legal requirements;
• Diagnose and evaluate potential risks and issues, and propose improvement plans to reduce risk & resolve technical issues;
• In charge of special project & ad-hoc assignments and perform other duties as required.

Requirements:

• Degree in building studies or relevant disciplines;
• Professional qualification of MCIOB, MICE, MHKIE, MHKIS or equivalent qualification;
• At least 10 years’ experience in property and facility management with a proven track record;
• Hands-on experience in A&A works or fitting out works;
• Knowledge of project management software tools, such as AutoCAD, Building Information Management, MS project and PowerPoint would be an advantage;
• A team player with good interpersonal communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
