Requirement:

• Higher Diploma / Degree in Architectural Studies / Building Surveying
• have minimum 2 years post-qualification experience
• creative, with excellent design and presentation skills
• strong in project administration and communication with clients, consultants and contractors independently for architectural and interior design project
• be able to handle full set of tender / construction drawings independently with practical detailing & site co-ordination
• experience on site supervision and able to handle site management independently
• be able to work on CAD, 3D rendering (Rhino, 3D max and Sketch-up), Photoshop and Powerpoint
• good command in written and spoken Putonghua, Cantonese and English
