Candidates should have:-

• Bachelor’s degree with professional qualification in Civil / Geotechnical Engineering or other related disciplines;
• Membership of HKIE or other equivalent professional bodies;
• At least 12 years’ experience, of which minimum 5 years post qualification experience in design / construction management of seawall and reclamation works;
• Solid understanding of construction process of seawall and reclamation works;
• Knowledge of construction documents, contracts, cost and programme is an advantage;
• Good interpersonal and technical skills and the ability to delivering schemes to a high technical standard on time and within budget;
• Strong communication skills and confidence to liaise and develop long term relationships with clients to ensure the commercial and technical success of projects;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage;
• Opportunity to work overseas as a client-side Discipline Project Manager / Construction Manager for a major construction project.
