Job Description

Responsibilities:

Responsible for re-measurement, valuing variations, cost control, contract administration, claims preparation and dealing with sub-contractors' accounts
Liaise with internal/ external departments, architects, consultants and contractors to ensure a smooth execution of project

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent with relevant professional qualification
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Building Construction Industry
Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
Station in Dongguan China
