We are urgently looking a Project & Design Manager to join their growing project team.

Job Requirements:

(a)   Have a recognized degree in Architecture or Electrical & Mechanical Engineering or Building Services.

(b)   Have a minimum of 10 years relevant experience

(c)   Have a minimum of 5 years solid design experience for retail industry or a research doctorate degree of relevant area awarded by recognized institutions.

(d)   Be a corporate member of HKIA or HKIE , or registered as an AP/RSE under the Buildings Ordinance of Hong Kong, or registered as an RPE under the Engineers Registration Ordinance.

(e)   Immediately available is highly preferred
