Responsibilities:

• Create and develop image visuals and graphic materials for Group’s subsidiaries
• Perform visual merchandising and display designs in line with company’s policies on stores and promotion areas 
• Enhance the value of the corporate image to contribute to the increase of the brand awareness and store sales
• Implement seasonal and in-store display decoration
• Provide retail merchandising, display concepts development, visualization and layout preparation as well as training support
• Execute In-shop merchandise display & design of promotional POP Material
• Work closely with stores and brand team for display standard and creative installation
• Ensure consistent brand unity across all communication materials/ media
• To update and maintain merchandise display in-store and windows to ensure that it is always kept up-to-date, fresh and appealing to the customers

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder , preferably in Fashion, Visual Merchandising
• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in visual merchandising & in store set-up
• Good VM installation skills, with strong sense of fashion styling and color trends
• With hands on experience in visual design is a must
• Familiar with window display, dummy dressing and in store merchandising including planning and execution
• Experience in China and Hong Kong (or cross-region) projects
• Proficient in Mac software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver etc) and proficient in MS Office
• Frequent travel to PRC
• Immediate available is highly preferred
