Requirements: 

• Diploma / Certificate holder in Graphic or related discipline
• Minimum of 2-3 years successful experience as a Designer in Packaging field
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Organized, responsible, detail-oriented, fast-learner
• Able to work under tight deadline, and good at multiple tasking
• Strong and independent problem solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player
• Fluent in both Chinese and English
• Willing to travel to China when required
• Candidate with less experience or a fresh graduate will be considered for Junior Designer

Responsibilities: 

• Layout and artwork design preparation, follow-up photo shooting and photo re-touching, sourcing packaging materials, and providing design services / suggestions
• Follow up production, color proof, packaging material and mock up packaging
• Price negotiation, raw material and factory sourcing
• Concise, effective, and regular communication with factories
• Creative thinking and good sense in floor display and counter display design
• To liaise with our sales team and our supplier network to ensure smooth execution of your projects which could involve art file adjustments, interpreting art or packaging concepts from client and explaining to factories that seek clarification prior to sampling
