Responsibilities

Creative - Develop creative design solutions in collaboration with the Brand, Marketing & Sales teams:

• In house collaterals (varied range of sales and brand materials).
• Trade clients' point of sale materials.
• Provide general design assistance to other team members.
• Develop of inspiring key visual for brands, communication material and/or events, following brand guidance.

Artwork / Production

• Prepare templates and final designs for production based on given briefings and budgets.
• Produce in house; print and collateral POSM.
• Procurement and sourcing materials and production supplier options.
• Production of materials with third party suppliers at company standards and on budget.

Details of deliverables (POSM and templates)

• Printed Material: Wine catalogue, sell sheet, product sheet, training materials, tasting booklet, sales order, backdrops, banners, wine list, poster, tent card, etc.
• Online Material: banners, key visuals, social media post format, etc.
• POS Production: gift boxes, shelve-talkers, neck-tags, in-store displays, gift packs, event booth, limited edition packages, event collaterals, etc.

General Administration

• Efficiently manage time to meet project deadlines, as determined by manager.
• Maintain work load tracking tool up to date.

Skills and requirements

• Adobe Suite– (Including, but not exclusive to Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• MS Office – (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Web, Online, Social media design experience will be taken as an advantage.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills in multicultural environment.
• Language: English, Mandarin & Cantonese proficiency will be an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure.
