Job Description
Greater Group are looking for an outstanding design manager to drive our Asia-based design projects. You will possess a dynamic personality and be motivated to seize the opportunity and develop this new position within the company. This role comes with high expectations and is not for the faint-hearted.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years industry experience
- Experience with retail & roll-out projects
- Experience setting up drawing templates for roll-out projects
- Knowledge of software including ArchiCAD and BIM (Building Information Modeling)
- Experience working with big brands on retail designs
- A thorough knowledge of the creative process from concept to production/delivery
- Self-confidence and the ability to network with existing & potential clients to build strong relationships and strengthen partnerships
- The ability to analyze and interpret complex briefs
- Excellent presentation skills
- The drive to enjoy a challenge and work well under pressure
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage time and teams across different countries effectively
- Fluent in English
Reporting to the Asia Design Director, you will be working with our dedicated design teams in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapore and Indonesia.
