Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for the art directions of different online game projects
• Lead a team of designers, supervise their work and provide mentoring to junior staff
• Estimate project resource and requirements, schedule and monitor projects to ensure prompt delivery
• Communicate and coordinate with software development team in order to achieve desired results

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Graphic / Multimedia
• 4+ years of solid experience in senior design position
• Experience in online game industry
• Good knowledge of UX and UI
• Strong art sense with creative mind
• Highly Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, etc
• Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin
• Candidate with less experience may be considered as Senior Designer
