Job Duties :

* Lead/manage hardware design team.

* Research and development of new products and the upgrading of existing products.

* Responsible for the selection, evaluation and approval of the hardware solution and critical components to be used on products.

* Responsible for the audit and approval of the hardware engineering progress during the various phases of the product development.

* To work with the Product Management and Project Management sections to allocate the hardware engineering resources so that the product development can be accomplished within the target.

* Responsible for the standardization and documentation of all the Company's hardware design so that the Company's design experience will not be lost and can grow.

* Quality control and testing of outgoing products.

* To manage and train the hardware engineers in order to improve the quality and efficiency of the section.

* During the product development stage, to allocate the hardware engineering resources of the section to work with other sections, such as, mechanical, software, testing, QA and PE to ensure the products to achieve the quality standard as set up by the Company.

* Guarantee hardware design homogeneity.

* Occasional travel to Zhongshan/PRC and overseas.

Qualifications :

* 5 years' experiences as senior/expert hardware engineer.

* Good knowledge in C programming.

* Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

* Management and reporting skills, self-organized.

* Good command of English (spoken & written)
