Responsibilities:

• Independently handle projects from design concept to site supervision / coordination during construction period
• Develop conceptual ideas for mood board
• Initiate design concept, layouts and materials section
• Handle presentation with concept diagrams, perspective drawing and other means to demonstrate the design
• Manage full sets of presentation and tender documentations
• Develop operational plans for team members, managing execution and ensure achievement within the agreed time frame
• Coordinate with internal team members, contractors, suppliers and consultants
• Supervise and coach junior staff members in daily woks, develop team capabilities and contribute to team sprites
• Update market trends & technologies for comprehensive & creative design proposal
• Assist in any ad hoc duties as assigned
• Outdoor works and occasional travel to China if necessary

Requirements: 

• Diploma holder or above in Design / Exhibition / Interior design or other related disciplines
• With a min. 3-5 years’ relevant experience, solid experience in Production / Exhibition / Roadshow / Event project will be an advantage
• Solid experience in handling clients and projects from design stage to job completion
• Strong passion for design, creative, enthusiastic with strong sense for continuously improvement and explore new ideas
• Well experienced in generating / reviewing design and construction drawing / specifications / documentations
• Knowledge of MS Office, Autocad, proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop are a MUST. knowledge of Sketchup & other 3D drawing will be an advantage
• Able to handle full design drawing and specifications, good hand sketch will be an advantage
• Good interpretation skills, self-motivated, pleasant personality, able to work independently and multi-task under pressure.
• Resourceful, flexible and innovative
• Willing to work overtime when necessary
• Good command of Cantonese, Putonghua & English
• 5.5 Days work
