Job Responsibilities: 

• Lead a small team of designers and provide art direction to the team in order to accomplish assigned projects.
• Manage multiple projects from concept through completion.
• Develop creative programs and design concepts that meet the business objectives of the client organizations, which help to advance the clients’ brand strategy.
• Supervise and inspire the creative team of vendor partners, to generate multiple concepts for a campaign or project.
• Generate ideas for pitching and proposals; understand the clients’ needs and propose creative ideas and solutions.
• Provide quality control over concepts and projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Art/Graphic or equivalent
• More than 5 years solid working experience in graphic design field, with at least 3 years on art direction.
• Proficient with proven skills in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Powerpoint, and 3D design like 3D Max, Auto CAD, etc.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Strong art direction, concept and design development skills.
• Experience and knowledge in corporate design and events industry.
• Understand market needs with strong layout skill, mastery of graphic design applications.
• Able to work on multi-projects and committed to rigid deadlines.
• Able to work independently; experience in leading others highly preferred.
• Great communication and presentation skills.
• A team player, willing to travel and work under pressure
