Responsibilities:

• Work with Assistant Manager of Operations to analyze job orders and develop production tasks and schedule
• Work on window /event production projects from quotation preparation, factory orders to onsite operation and dismantling
• Monitor the production plan and schedule to utilize resources effectively and efficiently
• Coordinate with design teams, consolidate relevant project information and provide alternative solutions to meet clients' requirements
• Liaise with production team to ensure timely and quality delivery
• Oversea production, installation quality and on-site operation
• Sourcing projects materials
• Occasional travel to China

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above with major in business or related disciplines such as marketing, visual merchandising etc.
• At least 2 - 3 years working experience, preferably with experience in window / event installation
• Knowledge of AutoCAD & Sketch up will be an advantage
• Proficiency with MS Word, Power-Point, Excel and Chinese typing
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good team player and willing to learn
• Self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently
• Passionate and knowledgeable about creative or visual merchandising is preferred
• Shift duties and overtime work is required
