Responsibilities

• Plan and design in-store & window display for stores
• Establish and implement the visual merchandising guideline
• Plan and conduct regular store visits within the region to ensure that VM standards are well maintained
• Design VM display units, POP and follow up production of the materials with contractor
• Provide VM support to new store opening including on site display work, store layout with product display guidelines 
• Perform ad-hoc duties to be assigned by the management from time to time

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Visual Merchandising or Visual Design
• Minimum 4 years of experience in retail industry
• Proactive, good team player, and innovative with strong dedication to result
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Self-motivated and good communication skills
• Knowledge in color trends
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP
• Literate in AI, PS, 3d software
